Work in Lisbon as a Customer Service Agent at a leading ride-sharing Platform (Dutch Market)

- You are proficient in Dutch and fluent in English

- You have good written and verbal communication skills

- You are passionate about helping customers

- High Education or equivalent.

- You have a high focus on customer satisfaction and have active listening skills.

- Effectively solve customer issues

- Answer phone calls and emails

- Manage requests with a proper and respectful tone
