Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor in Athens

We are looking for Dutch speakers to provide high-quality customer service for a leader in secure payments company in Europe!  If you want to be part of the digital transformation, read on and apply!

The Profile:

- Superior Dutch language skills with fluent English (B2)

- Strong focus on customer needs

- Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach

- Strong communication, problem-solving and active listening skills

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

Your responsibilities:

- Identify customers needs to diagnose and resolve problems

- Solve customer queries and concerns regarding the company’s products as well as deliveries, returns, refunds 

- Use a multi-channel approach to speak with customers (voice, email, social media)

- Cross and upsell additional products

- Handle calls from customers who have ordered or bought product/s

- Offer support on queries regarding product availability

- Assist with click and collect orders

- Ensures timely and efficient resolution of customers’ inquiries
