As a Sales Support French-speaking employee, you'll play a crucial role in the sales team and be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers.

You are a star communicator and know better than anyone how to communicate and process orders in the most efficient way. As a French speaking Sales Support employee, you will need to liaise not only with the Sales Manager and Sales & Support colleagues, but also with teams such as Marketing and Product Development. This is to ensure that your customers' needs are met in the best possible way and that they leave the store on time. Do customers have questions about the products, want to place a large order or are curious about the possibilities? Then this is the place to be!

• In your role, you'll know exactly what's on your customers' minds, and you'll enjoy building relationships with them;
• You will know the products so that you can advise customers when they are looking for a specific product solution;
• Together with your colleagues, you will support and collaborate with other departments such as Marketing, Support or Product Development;
• As a Sales Support Assistant, you will be the point of contact for your colleagues in the field.

From its headquarters in Krimpen aan den IJssel, this company supplies other offices with all kinds of products in the field of ergonomic workplace accessories. They have several of these product categories in their range, such as monitor arms, laptop holders and workstations. 45 colleagues, from 5 different countries in Europe, ensure that all kinds of enquiries and advice are answered and processed on a daily basis. As a French-speaking sales support employee, you will work in the company's beautifully renovated head office. In addition to the ergonomically designed offices, you will also find the warehouse where all the parts arrive, are sorted and orders are prepared for dispatch.

Wat is jouw achtergrond en ervaring?

As a Sales Support employee, you will be an asset to the company if you can combine communication skills with administrative experience. But what other qualities do you have?

• You have at least an MBO (or similar) in a commercial field;
• In addition to English, you are fluent in French and ideally Dutch;
• If you have experience with Exact Globe and the full MS Office package, you have an advantage;
• You have gained experience in a similar role in recent years, preferable 1 to 3 years.
