✅ Your Profile

- Proficient in both Dutch and English.

- Familiarity with IT platforms, tools, apps, and basic internet configuration; Windows/MS Office proficiency is a plus.

- A strong customer-focused mindset.

- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently, adapt to different situations, and be a team player.

❤ Your Responsibilities

- Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, chat, and other automated alerts for our fashion industry clients.

- Quickly learn about fashion products and services.

- Efficiently log call details onto management systems and follow up to ensure resolution within service level agreements (SLAs).

- Stay updated with service, product knowledge, and industry trends.

- Cover for colleagues and collaborate with supervisors on projects as needed.

- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive working environment.
