As a English-speaking customer service agent for a renowned beauty brand, your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries and calls. You'll mainly communicate through email, phone, and social media, describing the fragrances of our products and guiding customers on creating their own shampoos. Proficiency in English is here essential.
Your mission as a customer service agent is to ensure that every customer feels relaxed and well-cared-for. You'll provide accurate answers in English and make each customer feel valued. If helping others is your passion, this role will be the right fit for you!
Additionally, you should be available to work from Monday to Sunday, between 8.45 a.m. and 9 p.m. Your schedule will rotate every four weeks, giving you the chance to work different shifts each week. You'll also have the flexibility to indicate your preferred working hours, though occasional weekend and evening shifts will be required.
Additionally, this position as a English-speaking customer service agent is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the Netherlands.
Training will take place between mid-October and mid-November, and the role will cover the busiest three months of the year.
