Dutch Customer Support Specialist in Portugal

Your new employer in Portugal is a well-known customer service provider that has many headquarters across Europe. The company currently employs over 400 thousands people and regularly receives awards for employer satisfaction.

Currently, our client is looking for Dutch-speaking employees in customer service and content moderation!! 

You can work from anywhere in Portugal, i.e. fully remote from home! 

If you do not speak English - no problem; we have a vacancy for you!

If you speak Dutch at "only" advanced level - no problem; we also have vacancy for you!

Your responsibilities on the daily basis:

• Providing clients with the necessary information
• Support for a certain number of customers assigned by phone, email or remote connection
• Implementation of objectives in accordance with quality standards
• Work as the main contact for all customer problems

• You have a native or near-to-native command of Dutch (min. C1) 
• Good command of English (min. B1)
• Ability to work on the phone and via e-mail
• Customer-oriented action
• You need to be a teamwork as well as independent worker
• You can move to Portugal or already live there 

What we offer:

• Contract for 6 months available - if you are willing to spend summer in Portugal - go ahead
• Employment contract directly from the company for 12 months with possibility of extension and signing bonus of 2500 euros
• Two options of salary 
• With accommodation: 1070€ (i.e. single room in the shared apartment with other workers with all the bills included)
• Without accommodation: 1250€
• Service package: private medical care 
• Work in a home office
• Free Portuguese lessons, cooking lessons, sport activities and much more!!

FOR INTERNATIONAL CANDIDATES:

• Pick-up from the airport and help with formalities in Portugal
• Reimbursement of flight tickets after contract signature 
• Yearly Complementary Two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)
• Accommodation in one of the apartments belonging to company
