What will you be doing?
“I got a parking ticket while I was using your app. Now what?” or “Can I use the app in Amsterdam?” As a part-time customer service employee you’ll be working at a company that offers worldwide parking solutions.
And what is my role?
Answering all questions from customers and app users via phone and e-mail. En Français, of course. ’Cause as a Fresh-speaking employee, you will take up all questions from French customers. No question will be left unanswered. You will get to the bottom of every issue, and offer the best solution to the customer. Don’t know the answer yourself? No worries, you’ll just contact one of your colleagues at IT, back office or finance to help you (and the customer) out.
Sounds good. When can I start?
As soon as possible. As a part-time customer service employee, you’ll work 18 hours a week. The office is open from Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. Your working hours are flexible and you can indicate yourself when you’re available to work.
