Think booking.com or Tripadvisor, but for local businesses.We are now looking for a customer support specialist to help our entrepreneurs to get the most out of our platform! Our team consists of about 30 driven young men and women split between our Antwerp and Amsterdam office, and we would love you to be number 31. You can pick which office you prefer. The positionAs a Customer Success employee for the Belgian market, you are the first point of contact for new and existing Flemish customers. You are our in-house product expert and therefore know exactly how the customer can get the most out of our service. You will meet our customers, walk them through the platform and its benefits, answer any questions they might have, or troubleshoot if they run into issues.
